Valentine Earrings

Valentine Earrings

These easy earrings use our cat's eye heart beads in either the 25mm, 20mm or 16mm size, assorted sparklies and spacers, and our lovely flat bead caps from TierraCast® . They're easy to make - just some basic wire wrapping, and aside from the heart beads and bead caps, the other pieces (sparklies, spacers) can be rumaged from your bead box.

You may need to open the flat bead caps to fit them around the larger size hearts. You'll need two pairs of pliers - gently grip each side of the bead cap with your pliers, and open them just a little bit - that is all it takes!
16mm Heart Earrings
This example uses Aqua 16mm Hearts, and Antique Silver TierraCast® Pewter and Sterling Silver findings.
20mm "Iced" Heart Earrings
This example uses Light Purple "Iced" (acid washed finish) 20mm Hearts, and Antique Copper TierraCast® Pewter Beads & Findings.
25mm Heart Earrings
This example uses Pink 25mm Hearts, Light Rose Swarovski® Crystal, and Antique Silver TierraCast® Pewter and Sterling Silver findings. These earrings need 2.5" headpins to wrap closed - 2" pins are just too short.
