4mm Micro Compression Rivets
Use to attach large hole links or spacers to material, to attach material to itself (folded over as with slide or hook clasp), or as decorative element. Use leather hole punching tool to form hole in material slightly larger than the rivet (2.45mm). Overall thickness of materials being riveted should be between approximately 2 mm and 4mm if soft (ex. leather to leather), and approximately 2mm to 3.1mm if a metal component is included in the materials.
These work best with flat leather and thick/heavy ribbon. You'll need a leather hole punching tool to make the holes, and a rivet setter and anvil (and mallet) to set the rivets - available on our tools for leather page.
